Users
All customer’s personal data will be captured in Users Page.
Clicking on “Orders” will show all past order and transactions from customer.
Coupons
To add a coupon, click on the “+” at the top right hand corner of the screen. There will be 3 different types of Coupon – Only For One User, Once For All User, and Unlimited.
Redemption Status – If coupon has been redeemed, status will reflect true. If coupon has not been redeemed, status will reflect false.
Only For One User – Only one user can redeem this coupon, once coupon is redeemed, it will not be applicable for use anymore. Status will be reflected as true at this point.
Possible scenarios for using this coupon option:
– Personalised Discount Code
– Refund (in Shopping Credit terms)
Unlimited – There is no limit to who can use this coupon, nor how many times this coupon can be used.
Possible scenarios for using this coupon option:
– When running a site/store wide campaign
Once for All Users – Anybody who has this code can use, but each user can only apply this code once.
Possible scenarios for using this coupon option:
– A general code that can be shared publicly
Once for All Users (Only for New Users) – If toggle is active, the Coupon will only be applicable to First-Timers (someone who has never created an order with you).
Possible scenarios for using this coupon option:
– When targeting specific group of people, e.g; New Users
First Sign Up Customer Incentive
This feature act as a bonus for New Members to kick-start their account. For every new customers who join, they will be credited with points into their account. To turn this feature off, simply set it to 0.
